Meeting in the Middle

Posted on by Bryce Posted in Thoughts, Tiny House |

Many ‘eco houses’ that are built today, are trying to find sustainable solutions to an unsustainable way of life. We realise that our current habits of overconsumption can only go on for so long, but instead of making changes to our own lifestyles to help find solutions, we as a society are still looking to technology.

With our Tiny House project, we feel it’s about meeting in the middle. By using some of the latest solar energy technologies, we are able to have all our needs taken care of and more, especially when we make some simple lifestyle changes that drastically reduce what we need to consume.

Experimenting With Space

Posted on by Bryce Posted in Architecture, Tiny House |

When designing a Tiny House, space is everything and the limited amount of area we have to work in means that we have to be careful about each decision we make.

It’s one thing to draw ideas down on paper, but it’s even better to be able to walk through and experience that space for yourself! Thankfully, with such a small house, that’s easy to do.
